Everest is celebrating 30 years this year. Since 1991, Everest has been forming students to be Catholic Christian leaders. In 2008, Everest expanded from a preschool through eighth-grade institution to add a high school. In 2012, the first class of Everest Collegiate High School graduated. An important tradition at Everest Collegiate is the EC winter games, which are held annually during Catholic Schools Week. Each year the classes duke it out for the winter games trophy – and the prize of a day off of school.
