As Mountaineers wrap up another fall session of STREAM co-curricular clubs, they look forward to the winter and spring sessions. This fall’s offerings included St. Catherine of Bologna painting club and St. Isidore of Seville coding club. The coding club allows technology teacher, Mrs. Maxim, to spend more time with students learning coding skills beyond what is introduced in the regular technology curriculum. This allows students to progress more rapidly. Over the past several years, Everest has continued to add more offerings for a pathway for students with interests in the areas of robotics and technology. These improvements include last year’s addition of a innovation lab in the high school with FANUC robots and this year’s addition of a middle VEX robotics elective. Congratulations to these young learners!
