Everest faculty and staff gathered at St. Daniel Catholic Church on Friday, January 9, for their annual faculty and staff professional development retreat. The day offers the Everest team the opportunity to step away as a new year begins for prayer and reflection. This year’s retreat tracks were offered by Mr. Hostetter, campus ministry director, and Fr. Stephen Ellis, LC, who is a member of Everest’s board of trustees. The day focused on prayer, discernment, and listening to God’s voice as educators. Together with the guided talks, the times for prayer, Mass, Adoration, and Confession made the day fruitful for participants.
