As Advent begins, Mountaineer families gathered for the annual Advent wreath event. As families, participants construct their Advent wreaths. The Advent wreath in the symbolizes God’s eternal love and the everlasting life offered through Christ. Its four candles—three purple and one pink—represent the weekly themes of hope, faith, joy, and peace as we prepare for Jesus’ coming. Fr. Christopher blessed the families’ wreaths that will be used in their homes during the coming weeks.
