After spending time with family over parents’ weekend, Everest’s international students returned to Michigan ready to finish the year strong. As they prepare for Trimester II exams, they also enjoyed a weekend of fun activities.
The boys spent an exciting evening in downtown Detroit, where they attended a performance by the Blue Man Group at the historic Fox Theatre. Fr. Christopher joined them for the outing, making the night even more special. Gibran Solis shared that he “really loved the production,” a sentiment echoed by many of the boys after the show. Before and after the performance, the group enjoyed exploring the beautiful streets of downtown Detroit, taking in the city lights and energy of a lively winter evening.
Meanwhile, the girls enjoyed a cozy and creative weekend of their own. They spent time painting pottery, embracing their artistic sides while laughing, talking, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
