This fall has been full of excitement, adventure, and meaningful experiences for the boys and girls in Everest’s international program. Each weekend has provided opportunities to grow in friendship, live out their faith, and embrace the beauty of Michigan’s fall season—all while experiencing the richness of Integral Formation in action.

The boys kicked off the season with a big win, taking home the final championship title at Everest—a celebration of teamwork and perseverance. But their weekends weren’t just about competition; they also gave back to the community by serving meals to the homeless in Detroit, an experience that left a lasting impression on everyone involved. Between acts of service and moments of joy, they enjoyed the great outdoors—fishing with Fr. Christopher, carving pumpkins, conquering the high ropes course, and ending evenings with laughter around their own cookout.

The girls’ weekends were just as memorable. They shared in Everest’s school spirit, cheering under the Friday night lights at the football game and celebrating the unity of the Everest family. The next day, they enjoyed a true Michigan fall experience at DeBuck’s Family Farm—wandering through the pumpkin patch, soaking in the colors of the season, and making lasting memories together.

Through it all, Everest’s international students have lived out the four pillars of Integral Formation: developing their character through service, deepening their faith in community, growing intellectually through new experiences, and strengthening friendships that shape the heart. These weekends of adventure, reflection, and gratitude embody Everest’s mission—to form Christian leaders who joyfully live out their faith and contribute their gifts to the world.
