The Archdiocese of Detroit hosted “The Summit,” a day of reflection on and prayer with Jesus in the Eucharist for junior high and high school students. A group of Mountaineers attended each day of the event. The students enjoyed break out sessions based on the virtues of faith, hope, and love. The had a panel to learn more about how to live their faith and learned how to pray Lectio Divina. The day finished with adoration. Students said the day inspired them to want to read the Bible and to appreciate the gift of faith.
