International students enjoyed Christmas in Italy followed by a few days in the Swiss Alps. The trip is a mix of culture, spiritual formation, friendship, and fun. The group began in Rome where they toured learning all about the basilicas, the catacombs, and more. They enjoyed a scavenger hunt to explore the city, the Urbi et Orbi papal blessing, and of course shopping! Outside of Rome, the group visited Assisi, Florence, Maranello, and Milan before travelling to Switzerland. There they experience the electric train into the center of Zermatt, a view of Matterhorn Glacier, and time in Montreaux. The group has returned to Michigan, jetlagged but energized to begin the new year.
