One of the more endearing Advent traditions at Everest is the annual blessing of the Baby Jesus. Students bring in the Baby Jesus from their Nativity scenes at home to blessed in anticipation of being placed in the manager on Christmas. Fr. Thomas encouraged students in his homily to take care of the Baby Jesus, following the examples of Our Lady and St. Joseph.
