The 4th and 5th graders were happy to have their moms come for their annual mother and child retreats.  Fourth grade had their retreat on March 17, and fifth grade’s retreat was March 24.  Before their moms came each class had received and filled out different questionnaire about how well they knew their mom.  When the moms arrived, they were told they had a pop quiz and then proceeded to answer they same type of questionnaire their child had answered.  After Mass they had time to go over their responses and to see how well they knew each other.   Both classes enjoyed the brief time they got to spend with their moms and expressed that they cannot wait for COVID to be over so their mother and child retreats can be like they use to be when they had time to work on crafts and play games together.
