On Thursday, February 14, our twelfth-grade class spent the morning with their parents as they participated in a very special Everest tradition, the senior parent appreciation Mass & breakfast. This morning allowed our senior parents to come together, with their sons and daughters, to be recognized for the many sacrifices that they have made to send their children to Everest and to support them throughout their education. The event began with an 8:15 Mass, during which Fr. Thomas Salazar offered a homily that spoke to the selfless gift that is parenting. The families then enjoyed a relaxing brunch together, a well-deserved respite before the busyness of the next few months gains its hold in preparation for the May 19 Commencement Exercises!
