Today we celebrate the incredible achievements of the Class of 2020 with the presentation of school awards, albeit virtually. We congratulate each of our seniors for the hard work, dedication, and virtue that they have demonstrated leading up to this Senior Honors Night, which marks the beginning of this weekend’s celebrations of Everest Collegiate’s Class of 2020.
The evening’s presentation includes a message from high school principal Greg Reichert, student reflection from Madeleine Arbogast, the presentation of awards, and the annual photo slideshow with many memories. There is a special recognition given to each senior this year for their attitude and ability to overcome challenges.
As Madeleine shared in her speech, “Life is full of beautiful opportunities, and it far too short not to spend seizing every minute. So, spend your life doing what’s important. Ask God for the confidence to step outside your comfort zone and seize opportunities he passes your way. Put your faith in him, and whatever happens will be the best thing that could have happened.”
