March was a full month for Everest’s international program, with a mix of trips, service, and time spent together as the school year begins to wind down.
The month opened with one of the most anticipated traditions: ski weekends. The boys traveled to Boyne Mountain, taking full advantage of the slopes and the chance to be together outside of the usual routine. At the same time, the girls headed to Crystal Mountain, where they enjoyed a weekend that balanced skiing, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition.
As the month continued, the focus shifted toward local outings and service. The boys visited the Ford Factory, getting a firsthand look at innovation and production, and later spent time volunteering at a soup kitchen. Both experiences offered a different pace—opportunities to learn, but also to step outside themselves and serve others.
The girls spent an afternoon in downtown Ann Arbor, enjoying the change of scenery and time to simply be together as winter began to ease. They also showed strong school spirit at the CYO Basketball Championships, cheering on their peers as both the 7th and 8th grade girls teams secured first-place finishes.
