Congratulations to senior Isaac Cross on 1,000 points! History was made for EC boys basketball on Tuesday evening as they advance past the regional semifinal for the first time in program history. The team defeated Lansing Christian 65-47 to advance to the regional final.
The team took the court with shaved heads, in solidarity with their teammate Mark who began cancer treatment following last week’s district title win. To top it all off, Isaac, twin to Mark, became the second Mountaineer in school history to make 1,000 career points. Fellow member of the Class of 2025, Sarah Bradley, hit 1,000 points earlier this season. Let’s go, Mountaineers!
