The EC cross country team headed north for the annual team camp. Since the team’s inception, runners who complete summer mileage requirements enjoy a few days with twice-a-day workouts, team building activities, and fun. From skits about running scenarios, long runs and speed work, and the annual “olympics” in the yard, the water, and the kitchen, the camp is always a great start to the upcoming season. Theory sessions focused on planning for the season and the team’s positive mindset heading into a new season.
