Everest is excited to announce that its accreditation process with The National Association of Private Catholic and Independent Schools (NAPCIS) is complete. Everest Collegiate High School & Academy is now a NAPCIS accredited school. Everest had previously been accredited through AdvancED, but over the past two years the school pursued accreditation with NAPCIS as an organization that better aligns with the school’s mission and as an accreditor whose process better serves Everest’s self-evaluation and improvement aims.

NAPCIS executive director, Eileen Cubanski, wrote, “As an accrediting agency specifically designed to uphold the Standards of Excellence in schools committed to preserving and teaching the Catholic faith loyal to the Holy See, NAPCIS is proud to recognize the work of Everest Collegiate High School & Academy and the dedication of its board of directors, executive and administrative teams, and faculty in educating our youth as future leaders in the Church and society.”

Mike Smith, who was a part of the accreditation visit team, summed up the team’s visit, “It was a great day at Everest Collegiate High School & Academy. The campus is beautiful, with a dedicated and committed staff. They are clearly in line with their mission and the mission of NAPCIS schools. It was a pleasure to be at another great Catholic school, representing a small glimpse of heaven, with Christ fully present and fully alive in the faculty, students, and parents.”

We extend a huge thank you to all the faculty, staff, parents, and students who assisted with this process.
