Last Wednesday, the third-grade class enjoyed being able to spend sometime with their moms on their mother and child retreat.  After Mass together, the third graders went back to their classroom where junior Audrey Stafford shared a reflection with them about appreciating their mom and all that she does for them.  The third graders then made a top ten list of the things for which they are grateful for their moms. While the students were in their classroom, the moms had a reflection with Miss Rose, followed by some fellowship time. The third graders then came back to join their moms. They played a game together, one round paired with mom and a second round students versus moms. The students won! The morning ended with a quiz about how well moms and students knew one another and brainstorming a way to spend one-on-one time together each month.
