“If we save one life in years and years of pro-life activity or prayer we have saved the most precious gift that any human being has, the gift of his own life, of her own life.” – John Cardinal O’Connor, March 23, 1991
While high schoolers are in DC preparing to join the March for Life tomorrow, students in Clarkston are making posters for the We Stand for Life event and learning all about the development of a child in his or her mother’s womb. First grade visited the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd atrium today and were able to hold models of babies developing. They learned about how an unborn baby smiles, hiccups, has a heart beat, and can hear its family. Middle school students are preparing posters for tomorrow’s We Stand for Life event, by which they will unite with their peers in DC.
