The varsity football players go to work on Friday nights, and on Saturday mornings they can be found bright and early back on the field coaching our youngest Mountaineers in NFL flag football. The competition is tight, with celebrations over plays as jubilant from the varsity players as the flag football players. Tonight, the Mountaineers will share the field as the NFL flag football players have their turn under the new lights at halftime of the varsity game as the Mountaineers take on Shrine for the coveted spot in this year’s CHSL Prep Bowl.
