Congratulations to the Mountaineers of the Month who demonstrated the virtue of perseverance!

Alexander Nguyen

“I would like to nominate Alexander Nguyen for Mountaineer of the Month for perseverance.  Alex came to junior kindergarten speaking very little English.  Alexander is a very hard worker who never gives up until he gets his work right.  He has persevered all year and has been incredibly determined to learn how to communicate with his friends with the right language and to do it well.  Alexander is a wonderful example to his class on how to never give up and to always try your best.” -Mrs. Reichert, Junior Kindergarten Teacher

Ava Pruchnicki

“Ava is a great example of perseverance; she never gives up! If she struggles with something, she won’t stop until she figures out the answer. She wants to truly understand things and have a reason why things are the way they are. She wants to find the truth in everything. She is a great example to her classmates in this area. Keep searching for the truth, Ava!” Miss Wildrick, Second-Grade Teacher
