On Wednesday, February 24, the third-grade students were excited to host their mom’s on campus.  Before the mom’s arrived, each student made a list of the top ten greatest aspects of their mom ,and they drew a portrait of her.  They had Mass together, and then the boys and girls each surprised their mom with the list and portrait they had made.   After the students went back to class with Mrs. Olinger, the moms enjoyed social time together which consisted on a reflection lead by Miss Rose and Mr. Cross.  It was a good time for everyone to share best practices, asks questions, and get to know one another.

“This morning’s retreat was beautiful and deeply appreciated.  It was wonderful to be able to spend time inside the school today with Izzy and her classmates. I value the information shared by Ms. Rose and Mr. Cross after mass.  I also enjoyed the roundtable discussion getting to know the other parents within the third-grade class. The entire Everest family plays such an important role in shaping our children into the amazing young adults they will soon become.  Your positive influence and guidance is recognized and appreciated.” -Mrs. Carrie Wheeler
