Creativity has marked distance learning in all areas. From Miss Mansour’s theology trivia to Mr. Mileski’s game videos; Miss Gaby’s formation challenges, theatre costume designs, and Spanish videos, students and teachers have demonstrated their capacity to make learning meaningful no matter what the circumstances may be.

The same is true for Mrs. Kelly Loush in the admissions office. Usually Mrs. Loush spends her days organizing shadow days, visiting events, and touring future Mountaineers through the Everest halls. With campus closed, Mrs. Loush hosted online admissions events last week feature Everest’s early years programming, academy, and high school.

Prospective early years families learned about the top questions parents ask. The academy presentation focused on the progression in each area of Integral Formation throughout the elementary and middle school years. High school prospective students experienced a “virtual” day in the life at EC.

Many thanks to the faculty and staff who helped host the events. Everest plans to hold future admissions events as needed until campus reopens. If you know a family interested in learning more about the Everest experience, have them contact Mrs. Loush at kloush@everestacademy.org or (248) 241-9012.
