May was filled with exciting adventures for Everest’s international program students! One of the highlights of the month was an incredible trip to Washington, D.C. over Memorial Day Weekend. Students had the opportunity to explore the nation’s capital, visit historic monuments and museums, and experience the rich history and culture of the city together. Back in Michigan, students stayed active and enjoyed several fun local outings throughout the month. A shopping trip to downtown Birmingham gave students time to explore local stores, enjoy the beautiful spring weather, and spend time together off campus. Some students also participated in the Detroit 5K, challenging themselves and cheering each other on along the way. To finish the month, students headed to Cedar Point. It was the perfect way to celebrate a busy and successful month together.
