Eighth graders who have participated in the Knights of the Altar program and have completed all necessary requirements were recognized with the rank of “grand knight.” In a simple ceremony, they pledged their continued service to Christ in the Eucharist. They received their fourth and final blazer pins. They are looking forward to an upcoming field trips to visit historic churches in Detroit.
