Miss Gordon led first graders in an activity in art class recently to depict heaven. She read the classes verses from Scripture that reference heaven. Students then had the opportunity to depict what they imagined heaven to be like. Student depictions captured details including God on his throne, jewels, and the “rooms” in the Father’s house.
