Over the long weekend, Everest’s international students set out for a memorable adventure to Mackinac Island, a Michigan gem that perfectly captures the beauty of fall. The trip began with a scenic ferry ride across the sparkling waters of Lake Huron, followed by bike rides along the island’s trails lined with colorful autumn leaves. Between enjoying some delicious local food and taking in the island’s breathtaking views, students spent time deepening the friendships that make their experience at Everest so memorable.
As one student put it, “The place changes, but the connection never does. Mackinac reminded us of that.” The trip was more than just a weekend getaway, it was a reminder of how shared experiences bring them closer together, no matter where they go next.
