On this Feast of the Assumption of Our Lady, fall varsity athletes gathered for Mass at the end of the first week of practice. Fr. Christopher Gronotte, LC, invited athletes to entrust their year and their cares to Our Lady, just as Christ honored His mother.
Following Mass, several alumni joined the EC cross country and EC soccer for annual alumni practices/games. It was great to see alumni back even though many have already headed off to school for fall semesters. Keep up the good work, Mountaineers!
