While every Everest student participates in sacramental preparation through the parish where he or she will receive a sacrament, religion classes focus on sacramental preparation in second grade. Following the students’ First Communions at their parishes, they are celebrated in a special way at school. Wearing their First Communion garb, they are honored at Mass. It is always a special moment when they sing Jesus, My Friend after communion.
