After a first week in Michigan, international students enjoyed a long weekend. The boys experienced their first outing, and they started off with a bang: Cedar Point! They got to stay right on Cedar Point property, residing at Hotel Breakers, which led to two full days of fun and entertainment for the boys. On the second day they got the privilege of early entry to the park, which added to the fun. Rodolfo Mercado said he had a blast and his favorite ride was Millennium Force, a world record breaking roller coaster!
Our international girls also had an amazing time on their first outing to Cedar Point! From thrilling roller coasters to making new friends, it was a day filled with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. This adventure was the perfect way to kick off our program, bringing everyone closer together as they explored the park and enjoyed every ride. Here’s what one of them had to say: “This was the best day ever! I loved the roller coasters, my favorite one was the Steel Vengeance. I can’t wait for our next outing!” They are looking forward to more adventures ahead!
The following day, the girls celebrated Labor Day with a relaxing and fun-filled outing to the beach! They soaked up the sun, played board games and beach ball, enjoyed snacks, and splashed around in the lake. It was the perfect day to relax, laugh with friends, and enjoy the last days of summer. One of them said: “I had so much fun playing in the water and hanging out with my friends, I can’t wait for more beach days!”
