Every December, our EC student government organizes an apostolic project for the high school students and then spends a day off-campus volunteering at a local organization. This year, the student body sponsored three families through Grace Centers of Hope. Student government leaders volunteered with Ladies of Charity, where they helped to prepare gift bags for families in need during the Christmas season. After a hard day’s work the students were hungry, so they made a quick stop at Panda Express on the way home. Good job, EC student government!
