On December 14-15, the sophomore boys had their annual class retreat at the Subiaco Retreat Center in Oxford, MI. Fr. Thomas directed the retreat with the help of Coach Mike Pruchnicki, Fabian Ortiz, and Alex Legg ’17. The theme of the retreat was The New Man. The students heard conversion stories from different speakers and how Christ helped them to walk away from old bad habits and become a new man in Christ. Mass, adoration, confession, a workshop on prayer, and a final group discussion on the retreat theme were also offered. Additionally, there was ample time for games and fraternal bonding.
