EC cheer returned to the Everest Collegiate winter sports line-up last winter. They had a great return to the sport finishing the season as CHSL finalists. This week they returned to the CHSL championship hosted at St. Catherine of Siena with hopes of claiming a championship title. The Mountaineers previously claimed the CHSL title in 2013 and 2015.
The Mountaineers proceeded to sweep all three titles for the CHSL Cardinal Division. Team scores were as follows:
1. Clarkston Everest Collegiate, 662.92 (208.11/186.621/268.21)
2. Ann Arbor Father Gabriel Richard, 629.84 (199.82 /168.942/261.12)
3. Allen Park Cabrini, 579.95 (189.53/151.353/239.104)
4. Madison Heights Bishop Foley, 563.8 (181.14/141.94/248.83)
