The football team has been busy preparing for their upcoming season.  Two great traditions that the team has are the CHSL Rosary Rally at Ford Field and the Jersey Night with Dad ceremony.  Both events are unique and help bring the boys closer together as a team and help to prepare them for life.  At the Rosary Rally, in addition to saying a rosary with the other members of the Catholic League, the boys had the opportunity to hear from John Wangler, a former Catholic league athlete and University of Michigan football player, as well as Vic Michaels, the athletic director for the Catholic League.  It was a great experience for the team.

It is a tradition to have the Jersey Night with Dad ceremony the week of the first game.  The dads were able to say encouraging words to their son’s in front of the team.  There was a lot of emotion and got the team excited for their first game and season! Come cheer on the Mountaineers tonight at 7:00 P.M.! Go Mountaineers! #AllforHim
