Once a month, Mountaineers share their Mountaineer pride by wearing Everest apparel on spirit day. Beginning in September, spirit days will also bring the academy spirit assemblies with recognition of Mountaineers of the Month.
The Mountaineer is the school mascot representing the lifelong journey to reach the summit of perfection through authentic Christian lives. A mountaineer needs many things for a successful journey: tools, virtues, guidance, and a map. Everest Mountaineers prepare themselves for this journey through their formation. They have the tools of preparation and training. They focus each month on a specific virtue of the month. Their formators and teachers are their guides. Their faith and rules are their map to reach their ultimate destination.
The Mountaineers are ready to take on the 2019-20 school year!
