A gift can take on many different forms. There are gifts that come from God and gifts we give each other. Some gifts are tangible, while others cannot be easily seen or touched.
An Everest Education is a gift that has both tangible and intangible rewards. By accomplishing its mission to teach students to be Catholic Christian leaders who are capable of utilizing their strengths in order to fulfill the unique plan that God has for each of them, our students have a strong foundation for success in this life and the next.
Annual Fund Drive
The Annual Fund Drive (AFD) at Everest Collegiate High School & Academy represents the only major fund drive we do as a school, and it provides direct funding for initiatives that tuition alone does not cover. Past support of the AFD has already helped to provide the means for Everest to be recognized as a leader in Catholic schools. Everest is one of only two Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit to receive the Cardinal Newman Society School of Excellence Award, an honor which we have received every year since 2012. Everest is also one of only 50 private schools in the US, the only private school in the state, and the only Pre-K through 12th-grade institution across both the public and private sectors in Michigan to be awarded the National Blue Ribbon honor in 2016.
Along with our committed team of faculty, staff, priests and consecrated women, Annual Fund Drive support is essential for Everest to continue fulfilling its mission — the success of which can be witnessed in our students who are not only exceptional academically but also willing to contribute their time, talents, and treasure in service to God and others.
It’s Your Everest. Your support is essential for Everest to continue fulfilling its mission. Every donation, regardless of size, makes an impact at Everest. Our goal is to achieve participation from each and every family in the Everest community.
A fun social way to support Everest in fulfilling its mission is to participate in our annual golf invitational. This event is traditionally held on a local course in either the fall or spring. Proceeds from the event are used to supplement the operating expenses and special request needs of the school. We are looking for golfers, sponsors and volunteers.
The 2019 Golf Invitational will be held at Sheperd’s Hollow Golf Club on Monday, May 20 at 8:00 A.M. To register, click here.
A more social way to support Everest in fulfilling its mission is to participate in our Gala Auction. This black-tie optional event is an annual benefit for the school with proceeds being used to supplement the operating expenses and special request needs of the school
