The Save a Life Tour took over the high school gym for an entire day in early May so that our students could learn firsthand about the dangers of distracted driving and driving under the influence. Students had the opportunity to drive two simulators. One mimicked a text conversation at a high rate of speed. The other was intended to demonstrate the dangers of impaired driving while under the influence. EC students also signed a banner pledging to save lives together as a part of the national campaign for safe driving. Thank you to the Kiefer Foundation for making this valuable opportunity accessible to our students!
