The first week of October was full of liturgical feasts for Everest students. October 4 is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Before the school day, Mountaineers and Mountaineer pets gathered for a special blessing. St. Francis was known for his love for all of God’s creators. We asked God’s blessing on our pets, for their health and to bring joy to all our families.
