This Tuesday was the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Third through eighth-grade students had a special visitor, Fr. Craig Geira, for Mass for the holy day of obligation. Fr. Geira is the vocations director for the Archdiocese of Detroit.
All students had the opportunity to learn more about this feast day on which we celebrate that Our Lady was conceived in the womb of St. Anne without the stain of original sin. Our Lady was preserved from sin to be the most perfect vessel for the Incarnation of Christ.
