The mission of the American Heritage Girls is to build women of integrity through service to God, family, community, and country. The American Heritage Girls club at Everest Academy has been working on projects this month to benefit our world and those in need.

The girls launched the Crayola ColorCycle program in the school in November. The program turns used markets into energy. The girls made posters and collected the markers to be sent to a facility where they will be converted into clean fuel.

The club also sent boxes to children through Operation Christmas Child sponsored by Samaritan’s Purse. They each made personalized cards for them and packed a box for a girl between the ages of 5-9. The boxes the Everest students prepared will be going to Africa and the Philippines.
