The Learning Experience (TLE) pre-kindergarten class invited Everest’s second-grade classes to join them in making a Thanksgiving craft and a fun snack Thursday morning.  The students all enjoyed making beautiful individual Thanksgiving wreaths, representing their unique personalities with glitter, leaves, and colors.  Students also created their own turkey snack filled with marshmallows, popcorn, and goldfish crackers which they brought back to enjoy in their classrooms at Everest.  Students wrapped up the morning reading a book together about the upcoming winter weathers.

It has been a great experience for the second-grade students to get to know their “buddies” from down the street. They have enjoyed sharing what they know and being leaders for students who are younger.

Everest looks forward to welcoming all TLE families to campus on Friday for TLE’s annual holiday sing.
