Tuesday was the last day of school for students at Everest Collegiate High School & Academy before Thanksgiving break. Throughout the week, classes had various celebrations celebrating the gratitude they have for God’s blessings in their lives, including the community at Everest. Junior kindergarten had a Thanksgiving feast including pilgrim hats, remembering the first Thanksgiving.
Parent Mrs. Megala organized a Thanksgiving feast for Mrs. Duhaime’s fourth-grade girls. The girls made Thanksgiving place mats and learned about table manners.
The middle school girls enjoyed their annual international cuisine Thanksgiving meal. Girls encouraged to bring a dish that is traditional to their family for the meal.
The EC student government organized a Feast of Gratitude for all EC students, faculty, and staff.
