Homecoming is a week of traditions at Everest Collegiate. Homecoming 2018 did not disappoint. Students decorated the high school hallways the week in advance in preparation for the week full of spirit days. Throughout the week the students voted for the “Semper Altius” homecoming court, had potlucks by class, held a clothing drive for those in need, and participated in a variety of activities. Some of the week’s highlights included.
EC POWDERBUFF VOLLEYBALL GAME
The EC varsity volleyball team took on the senior boys in a fun, competitive match in the gym.
EC Seniors were invited to watch the sunrise with their class and enjoy coffee and donuts on the athletic field.
EC CHARIOT RACE 2018
Each class raced a wheelbarrow chariot across the athletic field.
EC GIRLS POWDERPUFF GAME
Originally rained out, the EC upperclassmen ladies took on the EC underclassmen in a competitive powderpuff football game cheered on by the academy students.
