Over the past few weeks, the St. Albert Magnus Engineering Club has been busy at work looking at some of our favorite Bible stories, such as the story of Jesus walking on the water. Students had to make rocks float. They used a combination of balloons and Popsicle sticks in order to lower the density of the rocks so they would be more buoyant. All three groups were successful in getting their rocks to float.
We also looked at the crucifixion and discussed how different looking crosses bring up different feelings. Each group had a chance to create their own cross using mosaic tiles. The crosses will be on display soon!
