Planning Underway for 2016 Everest Gala Auction
Planning for the 2016 Everest Gala Auction is officially underway. With everyone’s help, this year’s auction is sure to be a great success!
On Wednesday evening, January 6, auction chairs Terri Nallamothu and Jennifer Engle hosted an Informational Gathering for the event. There was an impressive turn-out of returning volunteers, as well as parents new to the school and to the auction. The meeting was hosted at the beautiful home of Don and Jennifer Engle in Clarkston. Terri and Jen welcomed parents interested in volunteering for and learning more about the auction. They discussed this year’s theme – “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough” – and details of the Auction Kickoff Party (see below). Terri presented various volunteer and planning opportunities leading up to the auction, as well as the set-up and volunteer activities that occur the day of the event.
Volunteer sign-up sheets have begun filling up, but more volunteers are still in needed. Mark your calendars for the Gala Auction Kickoff Party on Saturday, January 30. Party hosts Andrew and Kellie Dietrich invite all Everest Parents and friends to their beautiful farmhouse.
Those who cannot make these meetings, but would like to help with the auction, can contact Terri or Jen directly:
