The Middle School Boys’ Integration Trip was a great success. The primary objective of the trip was to engage the boys in team building activities, get to know their teachers better, appreciate and respect the talents of each classmate, help integrate the new international students and most importantly, help them grow closer to Christ. We had over 17 dads help with the event and they all had a great time. The 8th grade class faced the challenge of doing group initiative and conquering the high ropes course. The 7th grade class faced the challenge of group Initiatives along with the climbing wall and it was amazing how some of the boys crawled up the wall like spiders. The 6th graders also had a great time learning the sport of archery, how to shoot a rifle, paintball and some free time to fish and ride the kayaks and canoes. On Friday, they finished up with a sports tournament. It will be a trip that many of the boys will always remember!
