Cooking Kindergarteners!

Miss Cata taught Miss Farnsworth’s Kindergarteners how to make bolitas, sweet cookie balls, in class this week.  In Miss Cata’s hometown of Santiago, Chile, children are very familiar with this treat. Everest students crushed graham crackers and mixed the crumbs with condensed milk. They then formed the mixture into little balls and topped with colorful sprinkles. The children thought the bolitas tasted wonderful! See for yourself in the video below:
